Technical Failures & Payment Issues

How to Report a Payment Issue: Log in โ†’ Go to Settings โ†’ Raise a Support Ticket โ†’ Select "Payment failed but amount deducted". Include your transaction ID, bank reference number, and the date/time of the transaction.

Report within 7 days

Technical payment failures must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date. Claims beyond this window may not be accepted.

Provide proof

Share your bank statement screenshot or UPI transaction reference number showing the deduction.

Review (24โ€“48 hrs)

Our team verifies with the payment gateway. If confirmed, credits are added or refund initiated within 2 business days.

Refund processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing may take 3โ€“7 business days additionally.
